This is the amusing moment tech fans played a Street Fighter game on a cosplayer's wearable TV.

The costume performer stood still as two youngsters duelled on the retro game, using the screen mounted on his face as their display during The Nippon Haku event in Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage shows the players selecting their characters before diving into fast-paced rounds at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre on August 31.

They can be seen pressing buttons on the wired controllers to knock out their opponents in the classic arcade-style battles.

The handsets are connected to a black backpack, which features an LED display of Psyduck waving.

Meanwhile, the man entertained himself by scrolling through his phone through a small gap beneath the monitor screen.

The Nippon Haku features various aspects of Japanese culture, including food, travel, education, and lifestyle.

The event features around 400 booths from Japanese companies and organisations, along with live concerts and performances from both Japanese and Thai artists.
