A total of 59 emergency operations were conducted in affected homes and vehicles. Specialist teams were deployed from Mallorca, including mountain rescue, underwater, public security, traffic, and aerial service units, to strengthen the response. The Civil Guard said efforts are continuing to ensure the safety of residents across the island. Last October, torrential rains in the same region caused one of the deadliest and costliest natural disasters in Spanish history, killing around 232 people.
