British design firm unveils £300m megayacht. British engineers have revealed their latest megayacht design, complete with a show-stopping, giant deck and a triple-height ceiling. Set to cost around £300 million, the Outlier I has been described as a blend of innovative engineering and contemporary design. Foster + Partners collaborated with naval architect Lateral on the ambitious concept, which they unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show. One of the yacht's most distinctive design choices is the relocation of the engine room. Traditionally positioned amidships, the Outlier I's engine has been moved to the bow, at the very front of the yacht. Inside, triple-height living rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and ocean views. A sleek glass lift and spiral staircase offer effortless movement between floors in style and comfort. An innovative rear deck extends dramatically over the water, with a swimming pool and helipad for ultimate luxury. The yacht is built for both coastal cruises and longer voyages, making it the ideal vessel to sail from Monaco to the Caribbean in unparalleled style.
