Helicopter crashes onto US Hwy 50 in Sacramento, California, USA
On October 6, 2025, in Sacramento, California, USA, @SacFirePIO shared a video showing a medical helicopter that crashed on U.S. Highway 50 near 59th Street. According to reports, the aircraft, operated by REACH Air Medical Services, flipped onto its side and caught fire. Motorists and firefighters worked together to lift the wreckage and rescue the trapped crew. All three people onboard, a pilot, a nurse, and a paramedic, were critically injured and rushed to nearby hospitals. The crash caused major traffic delays as authorities investigated the scene.
