Expensive rally car crashes into ditch and almost hits a spectator coming to the rescue
Gerald Rigler and Jürgen Heigl were running their expensive Ford Fiesta WRC rally car as safety course car at the Austrian Herbstrallye Dobersberg. After misjudging a difficult cut, they skidded and went off the road into a deep ditch. A shouting spectator runs to the rescue before when the car starts up again and accelarates towards him, digging deep tire marks into the grass field.
