Shocking footage of a driver chasing another car through the streets of Shanghai at speeds of more than 110 mph has sparked online outrage in China.

According to local reports, the dashcam video was uploaded on Saturday and two people, including a former racing driver, have since been arrested.

Speeding has become a controversial issue in China in recent years.

There have been an increasing number of accidents involving supercars, as more wealthy people are able to purchase them. Sales of supercars are said to be booming in China.
