1. MOTION GRAPHIC VIDEO SHOWING TARGETED AREAS BY UKRAINIAN ARMY RUSSIA - OCT. 22, 2025: Ukraine targeted multiple infrastructure sites in Russia, including power plants and chemical facilities with Storm Shadow missiles, a UK-made long-range weapon, the Ukrainian military reported on Tuesday, Oct. 21.

Meanwhile, Russia carried out a large-scale drone and missile strike on multiple Ukrainian regions, killing six people and injuring at least 17, targeting cities and energy infrastructure across the country, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelenskyy accused Russia of ignoring diplomacy and called on allies to increase pressure through stronger sanctions and more long-range weapon deliveries.

“Russian words about diplomacy mean nothing as long as the Russian leadership does not feel critical problems,” he said. “It is high time the European Union adopted a strong sanctions package.”

Russia did not comment on the allegations and independent verification is difficult due to the ongoing conflict.
