This is the hilarious moment a thrill seeker used a basin on a wakeboarding course.

Nop Wasana, 20, used the red tub to glide across the water at ESC Thai Wake Park in Pathum Thani, Thailand.

Footage shows the youngster, clad in a helmet and life vest, holding the basin and placing it on the deck on October 22.

He then climbed inside and held the rope before signalling the jet ski rider to pull him into the water.

However, Nop plunged into the pool as the unsecured makeshift board lost balance.

Undeterred, he placed a wakeboard under the basin and repeated the activity, this time managing to glide across the water.

He continued his antics alongside friends, who also took turns trying the basin.
