This is the adorable moment a young wakeboarder demonstrated her stretching routine.

Four-year-old Opal performed a series of body stretches before practising her wakeboarding skills at ESC Thai Wake Park in Pathum Thani, Thailand.

Footage shows the child, wearing a cat-head helmet, a grey life vest, and a pink floral suit, smiling at the camera on July 28.

Moments later, she began her warm-up with toe touches, side bends, arm circles, waist rotations, and hip rotations.

Proud mum Risa Vorakun said: ‘Opal has been studying for more than three months, riding the Kicker for the first time.

'She started coming with us to the wake park a few months ago. We started kneeboarding by holding onto the coach's legs and riding around the lake.

‘When the coach saw she had potential, they recently gave her proper lessons to ride on her own two months ago.'

Risa said Opal only had five sessions before she was promoted to ride on the main lake.

Risa added: ‘The coach told us she is a fast learner. She improved her skills quickly. She's the youngest at the park.'
