Phoenix, United States - November 03, 2025 11/03/2025 02:03 am GMT-0700 PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers were called to the 1800 block of East Culver Street for reports of a person shot inside a house. Officers arrived on scene and surrounded the house before issuing commands to the occupants to exit. Two men emerged from the house with their hands up before quickly being detained by officers. Officers determined one of the men was the victim, suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand. The victim was escorted to Phoenix Fire Department personnel staging nearby before being transported to a local hospital. Officers continued to issue commands to any potential occupants remaining inside the house to exit before they approached the house.
