Phoenix, United States - December 28, 2025 12/28/2025 02:13 am GMT-0700 DOWNTOWN PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers and Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to reports of a multi-victim shooting at the intersection of 1st Street and Washington Street near CityScape. According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers arrived to find four gunshot victims at the scene. The shooting occurred outside of a row of popular bars and nightclubs, east of 1st Street on Washington Street. All four victims were transported to a local trauma center. Their conditions have yet to be confirmed. Officers established an extensive crime scene along Washington Street, spanning from 1st Street to 2nd Street. Multiple shell casings and a handgun were located on the north side of the 1st Street and Washington Street intersection. The suspected shooter is outstanding. Phoenix Police Department detectives have assumed command of the investigation.
