UNCAPTIONED: Jon Bon Jovi becomes grandfather for second time
Jon Bon Jovi is a grandfather again. On Monday, the Bon Jovi frontman's son Jesse Bongiovi and his wife Jesse Light announced via Instagram that they had welcomed a daughter named Blair Lucy Bongiovi. ”Our sweet girl has arrived, and we couldn't be happier. Welcome to the world, baby Blair bear," they captioned a close-up snap of the infant. Jesse, the eldest son of rockstar Jon and his wife Dorothea Hurley, didn't share any further details. Jon, real name John Bongiovi Jr., has not yet commented on the happy news. However, the Livin' on a Prayer hitmaker gushed over becoming a grandparent during a recent appearance on the BBC's The One Show. ”It's a new chapter in life, you know," the 63-year-old smiled. "I mean this, this next generation comes along and suddenly I have a granddaughter, another one coming next week.” Earlier this year, Jon became a grandfather for the first time when his second son Jake Bongiovi and his wife Millie Bobby Brown adopted a baby girl. ”This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption," the couple wrote in a joint Instagram post in August. ”We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.” Instructions: THIS VIDEO MUST NOT BE EDITED FOR LENGTH TO COMBINE WITH OTHER CONTENT
