Los Angeles, United States - November 17, 2025 11/16/2025 09:15 pm GMT-0800 FLORENCE, Calif. – Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Division responded to a shooting on the 300 block of East 76th Place. Upon arrival, they discovered a male victim who had been shot in the chest. Additionally, officers were flagged down at the intersection of 76th Street and Broadway by an individual in a white SUV. This individual reported another gunshot wound victim, who had sustained injuries to the leg. The Los Angeles Fire Department was dispatched to the scene to assist, with firefighters transporting both victims to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center for treatment. The investigation indicates that the shooting may have occurred in front of John C. Fremont High School. The LAPD's 77th Division is handling the ongoing investigation.
