Ghislaine Maxwell To Make New Plea To Judge For Release From Prison
In a new court filing, Maxwell's attorney David Oscar Markus revealed that she intends to file a habeas corpus petition, requesting release from the federal prison where she's serving a 20-year sentence for recruiting young girls into Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring. Maxwell plans to represent herself in the legal battle, filing “pro se”, which means without an attorney.
