Boy engrossed by cartoon suddenly smashes TV with toy leaving it broken
This is a surveillance video from a resident's home in Chengdu, Sichuan, taken on February 1, 2025.
In the video, a boy is intently watching a cartoon on TV in the living room. He is holding a toy stick in his hand, and because he is so engrossed in the cartoon, he suddenly raises the stick and slams it into the TV screen.
He hits it four times in a row until the TV screen is completely unable to display a normal picture. The boy's mother said that she went out to buy things at the time, and only the child was at home. She did not expect such a thing to happen. Afterwards, she criticised and educated the child.
