The narrow path is meant for walkers, cyclists, and families, not cars — and driving through it is extremely difficult and risky.
People nearby were shocked as the car squeezed between tight corners and barriers, forcing pedestrians and cyclists to move aside to avoid being hit.
The vehicle continued down the restricted lane even though it posed a serious danger to anyone walking there.
