Hedgehog enjoys bath and swim in China
On August 17, 2021, in Hebei province, located in northern China, a video captured a small hedgehog taking a bath in a sink. As water flowed around it, the hedgehog stretched and waved its short, fleshy paws, appearing relaxed.
Its spines softened and lay down in the water, revealing more of its rounded body shape. After rinsing, the owner placed the hedgehog into a basin filled with clean water.
The animal flipped over and paddled around the basin, moving its paws in a slow swimming motion. Chinese netizens commented that they had not expected a spiky little creature to enjoy bathing and playing in water so much.
