US, Los Angeles: Lancaster Christmas Day Shooting Leaves 1 Dead Multiple Others Injured Graphic Content
Los Angeles, United States - December 25, 2025 12/25/2025 01:19 pm GMT-0800 LANCASTER, Calif. – A deadly shooting on Christmas Day shattered the holiday in a Lancaster neighborhood, leaving one person dead and at least two others injured. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of multiple people shot in the area of Challenger Way and Avenue K-4, near Angela Court. Upon arrival, deputies located a gunshot victim near 11th Street East and Angela Court. Lifesaving measures, including CPR, were immediately performed, but the victim later died from their injuries. As deputies secured the scene, a second shooting victim was identified, prompting requests for additional ambulances and fire department resources. That victim was transported to a hospital for treatment. A third possible gunshot victim later arrived at Antelope Valley Medical Center by private vehicle, where deputies responded to assist and continue the investigation. Witnesses told authorities that the suspects fled the scene in multiple vehicles following the gunfire. Another caller reported seeing two male suspects jump a fence near Glenn Court shortly after shots were fired. Multiple sheriff’s units and Lancaster officers responded both to the scene and to the hospital as investigators worked to piece together what led to the violence on the holiday. No arrests have been announced, and the motive for the shooting remains under investigation. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
