On the night of December 31, Russian occupation forces attacked Odesa with Shahed drones, damaging residential buildings across the city. A fire broke out simultaneously on several floors of an apartment building.

According to the latest information, six people were injured as a result of the nighttime Russian strike on Odesa, three of them children.
Rescue services reported that the impacts caused fires in apartments from the 2nd to the 6th floors of one residential building. The façade on the 5th and 6th floors was partially destroyed.

In the video, a local resident whose apartment was hit by a Shahed drone gives a comment. She says she was in a neighboring room when there was a loud explosion followed by a fire.

At the end of the video, the apartment and the bedroom with a bed are shown—the room where the children were injured.
