Downhill biker launches from ramp but suffers hard landing
A professional downhill mountain biker launched from a ramp but suffered a hard landing and crashed.
Roc Yrogirog was practising for the next day's Philippine National Mountain Bike Downhill Championships in Danao City, Cebu, the Philippines, on December 1, when he had the mishap.
Footage shows Roc executing a fast descent on the ramp, and in a quick second, he lost balance while manoeuvring the bike due to the impact.
He rolled along with his bike, flying and rolling downhill.
The rider sustained no injuries and continued to compete the next day.
