China: Chinese cat inspects wrapped hamster and gets pushed away
Guangdong Province, China - December 25, 2025 On December 26, 2025, in Guangdong Province, located in southern China, a video showed a white hamster wrapped gently in a pink handkerchief. The tiny creature’s pale fur and pink paws made it look delicate and tidy. The household cat soon approached, stretching out its tongue to lick the hamster from both sides. Clearly displeased by the cat’s scent, the hamster raised its paw in protest, signaling discomfort. Noticing the reaction, the owner pushed the cat aside to prevent further disturbance. The hamster then seemed to relax, appearing almost as if it smiled toward the owner in relief.
