Beautifully shot footage of the Mount Yasur volcano erupting off the coast of Vanuatu.

According to the filmer, the volcano has been erupting nearly continuously for more than years, with some considering it to be the longest known active volcano in the world.

Although the video was shot two years ago, it has only recently emerged online.

Mount Yasur is a volcano on Tanna Island, Vanuatu, 361 m (1,184 ft) high above sea level, on the coast near Sulphur Bay, southeast of the taller Mount Tukosm in diameter.[1] It is a stratovolcano, caused by the eastward-moving Indo-Australian Plate being subducted under the westward-moving Pacific Plate. It has been erupting nearly continuously for over 3 years, considering to be the longer active known volcano in the world.
