Mr Zhou's 2 square kilometres strawberry land was poisoned by one of his competitors just before the time of harvesting. The CCTV footage shows that three men wearing helmets appeared in the farm at around 2am and threw something on strawberry plants. The whole process lasted about five minutes. The police says it is probably done by one of Mr Zhou's competitors but no solid evidence has been found yet. According to Mr Zhou, the loss is approximately 200 thousand yuan (about 33 thousand dollars or 20 thousand pounds) and the land would be unable to grow anything for at least half a year .
