Ballater Winter Festival parade with LEDs on pipe band & children taking part
Edited longer film of the parade, which marches through the village to the river Dee and then returns to the church in the centre, with the Christmas lights being switched on as the parade passes each group. AS the parade is mostly in darkness, those taking part wear LEDs, especially the drummers and children, to make them visible.
