Newlyn Flood
Newlyn Coombe river at Newlyn in Cornwall, UK, bursts its banks after a heavy downpour swept downhill, creating flash flood conditions in the coastal fishing port. The lower part of the village has suffered flooding in this area in the past, but usually from the other direction, from the sea during large storms.
