The veterinarian team of Indonesia's conservation agency on Sunday checks the condition of a Sumatran tiger inside the cage.

Outside physical examination results, this a critically endangered Sumatran tiger is in good condition. But the tiger's hips are injured, possibly from the falling iron cover of the cage when it enters and is trapped in a trap.

This tiger trap was installed since April 12 at a secret location in Palupuh forest in West Sumatra, with a live goat as a decoy.

The two-year-old female Sumatran tiger entered and trapped in a trap on Saturday morning.

This tiger and 2 other tigers were accused of attacking dogs and cattle in the past few weeks. Local residents were concerned they and their livestock could be next.

The big cat will be released into a nature reserve.
