Chinese man catches toddler falling from 5th-floor window in incredible act of heroism
A man caught a toddler falling from a window on the fifth floor of a building in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Tongxiang in Zhejiang Province on July 19 shows a 2-year-old girl falling out of the window and landing on the top of a first-floor billboard.
After a while, the girl slid down from the billboard and a man caught her.
According to local reports, the heroic man named Shen Dong is an employee at a bank.
Shen happened to see the incident when he was on his way back to the bank with his colleague.
The girl suddenly slid down the first floor when Shen called for help. So he ran to catch the girl.
The girl was sent to hospital for treatment and she was not in life-threatening condition.
The girl was hospitalised for observation, she may be discharged on Friday (July 22) after having a full body check on Thursday (July 21) .
