A mother and her son rescued a toddler who fell onto their second-floor clothes rack in eastern China.

CCTV footage filmed in the city of Zhangjiagang in Jiangsu Province on November 12 shows a 2-year-old boy falling out of a fourth-floor window and landing onto a balcony two floors below.

A 17-year-old boy named Jiang Chaoyang and his mother Zhu Xiaoyan pulled the toddler back into the flat together.

According to reports, Jiang heard a loud noise and ran to check on his balcony.

After seeing a boy laying on the clothes rack, Jiang held the boy and asked for help from his mother.

The boy reportedly climbed over the fourth-floor window and accidentally fell down as the window was open.

Fortunately, the toddler only suffered minor scratches.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
