This is the amusing moment a clumsy resident tripped and fell into muddy water while pulling a cart through flood in Thailand.

The local in a red shirt and several neighbors were heaving the loaded wagon across the deluge in Phetchabun province on July 16 when they hit a bump blocking the way.

Trying to hurdle the obstacle, the man put his weight forward, but ended up slipping on the wet ground. He was filmed plopping face first into the flood to the amusement of his friends.

CCTV cameras captured the amusing weather fail on video.

Onlooker Panchama Sareepak said: 'We were all working very hard when the flood hit. When he fell, we were worried. I'm glad he's okay.'
