Mayor Hill-Lewis also met a single mother, Michelle Sabor and her two daughters Cameron and Layla, who attended the event for the first time, despite having lived in Cape Town her entire life. Hill-Lewis said he hoped more families would attend the event and enjoy the family spirit of the festival.
