Two skiers survived being buried by an avalanche at Sheregesh ski resort in Kemerovo Oblast, Russia.

Terrifying footage captured by Filippov Sergey shows the skier being pushed into a tree by the snow cascading down the descent.

After being buried for a couple of minutes, Sergey is eventually pulled out from the snow by his colleague.

"Well, that’s how it happened. Yes, the panic is very strong. And a very strong push, that is, she has so much strength, this avalanche. It was really scary,” Sergey said.

Two skiers were covered by a snow avalanche at the Sheregesh resort in the Kemerovo region. One man fell asleep so much that he simply could not get out of the "white captivity" on his own. Fortunately, a friend came to his aid in time.

The footage shows how extreme people ride on the mountain slopes and soon one of them is covered with an avalanche. The man remains under the rubble until his comrade saves him: raking the snow with his hands, he pulled out his friend in trouble in a matter of seconds. Well, when everything ended safely, the man began to thank the savior.

Skier Sergei Filippov said that at the time of the incident he really experienced a strong panic.

The man said that before the incident, he met local guys on the descent, who are very good at skiing. They took a ride together, and then one of Filippov's new acquaintances suggested that he go to another place where no one had been before. Moreover, the skier initially noticed that on this descent "small avalanches were cut."
