A resident was shocked when she found aggressive monkeys damaging her balcony plants.

Soi Mala Chaisuwan went out of the veranda when she heard a noise and discovered the troop tearing through her plastic pots and watering sprays in Songkhla province, Thailand, on August 5.

Footage shows three macaques sitting on the ledge and concrete rail before one of them tried to chase her away when she scared them with a plastic bottle.

The primates left her property when she finally tossed the bottle to them but had to replant the succulents dug out of the containers.

Macaques are the most common monkey in Thailand. They are found in forests, temples, and even cities but they can be aggressive if they feel threatened.
