BMW driver running red light strikes crowd in southern China, injuring 2
A BMW driver running a red light struck a crowd in southern China, injuring 2.
Shocking dashcam video filmed in Changsha City in Hunan Province on March 8, shows a white BMW SUV speeding into a group of students walking across a road.
The reckless driver, identified as Ms. Yin, 41, allegedly ran a red light along Guqu South Road in Yuhua District, striking two pedestrians on the crosswalk.
Fortunately, the injured victims were swiftly rushed to hospital, where they are said to be in stable condition.
Yin was arrested and the case is under investigation.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
