Hi, I’m SJ Louw, a Namibian local based in Swakopmund. I’m a professional photographer and freelance tour guide with a passion for adventure, nature, and ocean conservation. Many of my videos focus on seal rescues in Walvis Bay, where I spend hours kayaking to free seals entangled in fishing lines — giving them a second chance at life. Beyond wildlife conservation, I thrive on extreme and action sports and have even worked in film. I was part of the stunt ensemble that won the 2016 Screen Actors Guild Award for Mad Max: Fury Road. Through my work, I aim to showcase Namibia’s breathtaking coastline, raise awareness about the impact of pollution, and share the beauty of wildlife and adventure.
