Driver slows runaway vehicle – by dragging his feet in China
A driver took an unusual step to bring his car to a halt after a collision with a bus in Xishui county, southwest China’s Guizhou Province on January 6. Surveillance video shows the car strike the rear of a bus as it passed an intersection. The driver lost control, opened the car door and tried to stop the vehicle by dragging his feet. The car was finally brought to a stop by a tree on the roadside. Fortunately, no one was hurt. According to the investigation, the man only received his driver’s license a month ago.
