A dramatic video has emerged of a car overturning after sliding on a snow-covered road near Grenoble, France.

The footage, shot from inside the car earlier this month, captures the moment the driver loses control of the vehicle when braking to stop at a yellow light.

"We came out of the car [stunned] but all alive and healthy," the filmer wrote online.

"I will never forget the noise of the windows that break and when the roof striking the ground," he added.

The accident was in France.
It was a friday night, we came back from the city center with two girls. My friend was driving a pickup.
It snowed and the road was white when he saw the light to turn orange, he braked but the wheels were blocked and the car slipped and crossed the crossover quickly. We hit the track and the car tipped over.
After that we came out of the car sounded but all alive and healthy. Everyone had his belt fortunately.
