The video, shot in Chongqing on May 10, shows vehicles driving in and out the lifts, which bring them to the car park on the roof of a 11-storey building.
Because of the terrain, the entrance of the car park was designed on the top of the building.
It is more convenient for residents mobility, according to reports.
