Recorded at Aldi in Hagerstown, Maryland. There was a drunk man screaming at first at children. They looked at him confused and then he screamed at an older middle-aged black woman to move because his ride was coming. Then a young adult who claimed to be the woman's son asked "Why are you yelling at my mama like that?" The man then RAN TO THE VEHICLE that had just went around the vehicle he claimed was in the way if I remember correctly and then got into the vehicle IMMEDIATELY. After a moment the video starts and then this all happens. He starts screaming the N word at random black people who are walking by at this time rather than the people who he had initially had the encounter with. It was as if this racist man started lashing out on all black people all at once with his hateful rhetoric.
