HPD Unlawfully Entering A Room Without a Search Warrant
I apparently had a bench warrant for violating unsupervised probation for allegations pertaining to recording a phone call with the police captain where the call was already being recorded by the city. The arrest warrant had the right name but the wrong address and to my knowledge they never had any reason to believe I was certainly in this room. Litigation is ongoing. It is of note that I have now served 61 days on a maximum sentence of 60 days and still they have me on probation.
