Footage has emerged from China of a hair salon manager punishing his employees in an unconventional manner after they received customer complaints.

The video, captured in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on August 22, shows the man pouring a bucket of cold water on each employee.

According to reports, all the staff accepted the punishment.

The measure was decided on the meeting and all staff accepted it, according to local media.
