Dashcam footage of a driver losing control of his car and crashing through a wall and into a shop.

The video, captured on October 4 in Los Ageles, California, shows the car rushing across the street from a car park and smashing through a wall before hitting what is believed to be a dollar store.

"The driver put the coin in to exit the lot, and as soon as the gate arm opened, I heard them floor the gas pedal," the filmer told Newsflare.

"Once the car hit the 2nd wall, the driver kept holding the gas down for about another 15 seconds."

"Both driver and passenger were elderly, and both taken to the hospital," he added.

This video happened on Wednesday 10/04/17 @ about 10:10am. Car was exiting the US bank parking lot on 6350 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91606, and it hit the wall of the neighboring business which I think is a dollar store.
