Monarch flight ZB207 left Antalya in Turkey around 8.10pm travelling to Gatwick.
a family with young children had been drinking on the flight and an argument started between them and another family about half way home. it was over kids kicking seats.
the seat belt lights had been switched on due to turbulence.
1 woman was extremely loud and abusive and was swearing. lots of other passengers told her and her partner to shut up and be quiet. lots of us thought there was a good chance of the place having to land somewhere as a n emergency. it was late at night at lots of young children on board and it was making lots of passengers and children very anxious.
the air stewards spoke to the arguing passengers, then went to speak to the pilot. they then separated the 2 families involved by asking some other passengers to swap seats.
then it calmed down for the rest of the flight
