Motorists use pavement to avoid inconvenient diversion. Cyclists blocks motorists. One motorist gets out for argument. Cyclist then blocks pavement. Support from local residents
Main road is closed for a week for Thames Water repairs.
Instead of using the proper diversion some motorists have decided to drive on the pavement to drive around the road closure.
This is upsetting the local residents are it creates extra danger.
Cyclist come across this situation, dismounts from his bike before going on to the pavement and blocks drivers from continuing.
One driver takes exception to this and gets out to confront cyclist. Calling him a dick.
