Roar! Chinese senior citizens practice kung fu very loudly in park
Bizarre video from China of a group of elderly people roaring like lions in a public park while working out.
In the footage, captured in Zhengzhou City in east-central Henan Province on November 6, around a dozen senior citizens stand in a line, flapping their arms and shouting in unison.
Local news described the practice as one of the 72 "arts" of Shaolin kung fu, called the lion roar.
The senior citizens normally practise the moves for around 20 minutes to help them keep fit, local media says.
