Heartbreaking moment a dog tries to "wake up" its dead friend
This is the heartbreaking moment a dog tried to "wake up" its friend which was lying dead in the road after it was hit by a car.
The touching scene took place in Hubei province on February 12.
The video shows a small black dog appearing to attempt to move its friend from the middle of the road.
Later the dog paws in vain at the body of the dead companion.
According to local media, the loyal dog stayed all night at the scene of the accident, long after the corpse had been removed.
