DPD delivery driver goes through no entry and parks his van on the kerb not letting anyone through.
Incident happend in Waltham Cross.
The driver made an illegal turn through no way. He then left his van on the kerb on a double yellow line.
What I couldn't understand what was the point of braking the law and risking points on your license if there were an empty loading bay across the road, all he had to do is park opposite.
