Australian man saves injured kangaroo after stray dog attack

A man nursed a kangaroo back to health after it was attacked by two stray dogs in Australia.
Video filmed in Grillambone, New South Wales, shows a man chasing away one of the dogs after discovering the wounded kangaroo near a pond on his property.
After the canine leaves, the man wraps the kangaroo in a blanket and takes it back to his farm.
The filmer writes: "Two dogs which were on the run for a number of days created havoc on our property.
"I went out to find them out there with the kangaroo. One
ran away, the other kept sticking around."
The iconic Australian animal was treated for injuries and survived.
The footage was captured on May 6.
