Chef carves Chinese dragon out of tofu
A talented chef has carved a Chinese dragon from tofu.
The amazing video, filmed in Chengdu City in Sichuan Province on May 15, shows the chef named Zhou Houchao using a knife to carve tofu placed in water into the shape of a Chinese dragon.
Zhou has been a chef for more than ten years and spent around three hours carving the dragon, reports said.
