Severe travel disruption continues in Mumbai following heavy downpour
Locals in Mumbai struggled to commute to work today after heavy rains lashed the city.
The footage, captured today (July 10) at a train station, shows a railway track completely flooded as passengers stand on a platform.
The downpour caused delays in trains and bus services as well as school closures, among other disruptions in the city.
More rainfall is expected in the region in the next few days, the India Meteorological Department (IMS) reported.
The death toll this monsoon season has climbed to 35.
