total lunar eclipse timelapse and Mars
observed from Cabane d'Ayroz in central Valais , southwest Switzerland. Very perfect clear skies except for a few low clouds in the southeast where the Moon would rise so we missed the very moonrise but found the totally eclipsed Moon shortly later emerging out of the clouds . Later also planet Mars appeared, very bright. We also saw Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, ISS twice , an Iridium flare, a few meteors. The view from this place is awesome.
